Feedback package (from $75)

You have a strong draft but just need some “cleaning up” and some tips to make it perfect.

This package includes:

Comprehensive Editing package (from $175)

You have a good base but the essay/letter needs some rewriting to add details, remove redundancies, reduce the word count, make a more impactful opening, and so on.

Coaching package (from $225)

In addition to the Comprehensive Editing Package, you can schedule a 1-hour live meeting (or two meetings, 30 minutes each) with an editor (via Zoom).

Notes:
1. Detailed feedback/suggestions: Detailed notes to highlight your draft’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as suggestions to improve the overall essay
2. Focused rewrites: These include changes such as a stronger opening sentence, improved cohesion and flow, and other enhancements. We make the writing ‘show’ you rather than ‘tell’ about you. If we need to rewrite more than 50% of the draft, an additional fee will be added.

3. Editing rounds: This is the number of drafts we will work on. You may make/request changes based on the editor’s suggestions (up to 25% of total word count).
4. Correspondence: Emailing saves time and allows you to carefully consider answers to questions and provide more details.

We will:

Using all these materials, produce a model structure that demonstrates your qualifications and character suitability to use as a base to create your own unique essay.

Direct Program Applications, Graduate Programs (from $525)

For those applying to a specific school and/or program and need a customized focused essay:

We will:

Research the program for keywords, highlights, features, etc. to demonstrate that you have made an informed decision
Review (and edit, if necessary) your CV/resume and/or application for useful details
Review your transcripts for necessary explanations (if applicable)
Create a personalized question list to brainstorm ideas and find those details that make you an individual
Using all these materials, produce a model essay (100% original, one-of-a-kind) that demonstrates your qualifications and character suitability to use as a base to create your own unique essay.
Work through as many drafts as necessary to produce a final product
Conduct a final proofread

Academic consulting

Do you want a more hands-on approach to writing your statement, but don’t want to do it alone? Adam can walk you through the entire process (as listed above) with face-to-face meetings (via Zoom).

Together, we will:

Review transcripts, CV, other documents to assess chances of admission to particular programs
Research program(s) websites to gather all necessary information, highlight keywords and particulars, and other useful details
Create a checklist of application materials needed for submission
Correspond with school staff when necessary to request information
Brainstorm strengths to highlight in application and essays
Fill out the application itself
Write the application essay(s) and other materials—personal statement, statement of purpose, CV, reference letters, etc. (Note: These items can be purchased individually.)
Any/all other requirements

Notes:
• Sessions can be scheduled between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. (S. Korea time), Monday to Friday (weekends may be available in special circumstances).
• Fees: Discounts available for multiple documents. Contact us with your needs to receive a quote.
• Timing: Allow 2 weeks to complete the process. Urgent jobs (2 – 3 days): add 25%.

Conditions

Sessions must be prescheduled—After purchase, we will contact you to arrange a schedule.
Up to 10 sessions (10 hours)— all sessions must be completed within 3 months from time of purchase.
Session duration—Minimum: 60 minutes, Maximum: 120 minutes
Payment must be made in advance of meeting(s).
Cancellation by Client—Notice of 24 hours or more will result in rescheduled session; notice of less than 24 hours will result in cancelled lesson (charged)
Cancellation by Adam—Notice of 24 hours or more will result in rescheduled session; notice of less than 24 hours will result in rescheduled session + additional uncharged 30 minutes to be used at Client’s discretion.
Adam will be prepared for all sessions. It is up to Client to also be prepared to get the best value from every session. If a Client is unprepared, Adam will proceed regardless.
Sessions held online (Zoom)
