1. The “Product”
The Products offered on this website are electronic books (e-books) in PDF format. To read a PDF e-book, customers will need a device or computer that is capable of displaying documents in PDF format. Furthermore, purchase of a Product from this website entitles the purchaser to a copy of that file, which may be shared between any device(s) owned by and registered to that purchaser.
2. The Parties
A “Customer” is any person who pays for and receives a Product from this website. “This website” is writetotop.com, under ownership and administration of The Write Sense (TWS).
3. E-book Delivery
The e-books on this website will be delivered via a download link. Upon confirmation of payment customers will receive a download link and a transaction confirmation. Please copy this confirmation and save it for future reference. If you have any problems with the download, you may ask for assistance at support@writetotop.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
4. Disclaimer
Products on this website are safe for download and do not carry any malware that could harm and/or damage the Customer’s computer/device or smartphone. However, the Product is purchased at the Customer’s risk, and the Customer should take the necessary steps to ensure the safety of their computer, device or smartphone.
5. Download Availability
E-book(s) can be downloaded up to two (2) times. For security reasons, the download link will remain active for 10 days only. Please download your e-book(s) as soon as possible. If the Product has not been downloaded within the 10-day time frame, the download link will close and the Product will no longer be available. Save the download to your device(s) and keep it safe. If you lose the file for any reason, a new copy will require a new purchase.
6. E-book License
You are permitted to install the Product that you purchase from this website to all of your own computers. You are not permitted to install the Product on third-party systems that do not belong to you. If you want to give the Product to someone else, you first have to buy an additional license from this website. Make a Product from this website available to others without a purchase confirmation is strictly prohibited.
7. Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments on this website are processed by PayPal or Stripe. This website is in no way exposed to nor does it come in contact with your credit card data. No personal data is stored on this website.
8. Currency
All Product prices are in US dollars.
9. Free Preview
This website offers e-book sample pages for viewing on the website. The Product will include this material and that detailed in the Product Description section of the website store. No other material will be delivered to the customer.
10. Refund policy
Once purchase has been made, no refunds will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to download the Product in the given time frame and to safely store the Product on his/her device. Lost Products will be replaced only as a result of repurchase. The sole exception to this rule is when an undelivered Products is a result of a technical fault/unforeseen error that has occurred with the website, the payment process, a PayPal or Stripe error, or a faulty file. Should this occur, TWS shall make any previously purchased Product available to the Customer as soon as is practical to do so and once any fault or error has been rectified.
11. Copyright
All Products on this website are protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws and are the sole property of TWS. Customers who pay the price set by the author/publisher to purchase a Product from this website receive a license for use and are allowed to use said Product in any reasonable non-commercial manner in compliance with copyright law and our terms and conditions. The Customer acknowledges that the Product purchased through this website is for his/her personal use and cannot be sub-licensed or resold. On purchasing the Product, a Customer is entitled to a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-distributive right of use. The Customer may not modify, transmit, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the content of any Product purchased through this website, in whole or in part. By downloading or otherwise accessing a Product from this website, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees to these terms. In simpler terms: the Customer is free to use the Product personally, but is not authorized to share, sell, manipulate, or distribute the Product to others.
