Cancellations and Refunds
These policies affect all purchasers (Purchaser) of Products or Services through the Website.
Writing Assessments
Single samples and full test samples must be submitted within one month of purchase; samples purchased as a pack (5-essay pack or 5-full test pack) must be submitted within three (3) months. No refunds or credit will be given for unused samples after expiry date.
Purchaser may receive a full refund on unused portions of Writing Assessment packages, less any relevant discount and a 10% administration fee, if the expiration date has not passed.
E-books
All purchases of e-books are considered a final sale. No refund is available once the product has been downloaded. This applies to sales of one or more e-books. Summaries, Tables of Content, and sample pages from within the e-books are available in the products pages where these books are purchased. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to assess his/her needs and decide whether to purchase the product or not.
Problems with downloads should be resolved in writing. If Purchaser cannot download a book or the download is disrupted, send an email to support@writetotop.com to resolve the issue. A new link will be sent to you. Once the e-book has been downloaded via the link, this will be considered a final sale and no refunds will be issued.
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to properly secure the file once downloaded. If the Purchaser loses the e-book, regardless of cause, he/she/they may purchase a new e-book. No refund for or a retransmission of an e-book will occur in case of loss or damage to the file.
