His guidance, materials, assessments, and any other service or product is based on years of hands-on experience, his own research, and his familiarity with this industry. His scores and feedback for writing assessments are to be taken as guides, not official scores.
Users of the services provided by the Website may disagree with scores and comments provided by the Write to the Top team of graders and editors. This feedback is based on expertise and professional experience. If you wish to dispute scores or comments, you may register your dispute at support@writetotop.com. No refund will be awarded as a result of this dispute unless it is clear that the grader/editor returned subpar work. Final determination of the quality of the work provided by the WritetoTop.com staff is reserved for the owners of TWS and the Website. However, refunds for unused portions of subscriptions, scoring packages, tutorials, or workshops may be awarded. Please see our cancellation and refund policy below.
